Xinta Motors is the export brand of Pingxiang Xinta Bicycle Co., Ltd., established in 2018 in Xingtai, Hebei Province — the heart of China’s largest two-wheeler manufacturing cluster.
We are an assembly and supply-chain integration company. We build electric motorcycles and scooters in our own assembly workshop, using components sourced from our long-term partner factories in Hebei, Tianjin and Guangzhou. Components we cannot produce in-house, we procure directly from established manufacturers we have worked with for years.
This structure is deliberate — and it is the reason we can do things most suppliers cannot.
Why Work With Us
Most Chinese suppliers fall into one of two categories:
Large factories — competitive pricing, but minimum orders of 300–500 units per model, no mixed containers, and no interest in custom colors or configurations for a first-time buyer.
Trading companies — flexible on paper, but no control over production, no visibility into quality, and no ability to solve problems when something goes wrong.
We sit between the two. Because we assemble in-house and source through direct factory relationships, we can offer:

For distributors entering a new market, this matters. You should not have to commit to 500 units of a single model to find out what your customers actually want.

Battery-free shipping is available on request. For markets where lead-acid batteries are widely available locally, shipping without batteries reduces freight cost, avoids dangerous-goods handling, and gives your customers local warranty support on the battery.
Quality & Certification
We believe in being straightforward about how we work.
Certification — Our partner factory holds CE certification for the models we supply. Certificates and test reports are available on request before you place an order.
Inspection — Every order undergoes sampling inspection before shipment. We check assembly, electrical function, finish, and packaging against your order specification.
Factory visits welcome — We host both video walkthroughs and in-person visits to our assembly workshop and partner factories. If you are evaluating suppliers, we encourage you to see the operation for yourself. Many buyers do, and we prefer it that way.
Markets We Serve
Our primary export market is Russia, where we supply distributors with electric motorcycles built for demanding conditions and long service intervals.
We also serve customers in Africa and Southeast Asia.
We are now expanding into Latin America, with a focus on Colombia and Peru — markets where last-mile delivery and urban logistics are driving real demand for reliable, serviceable electric two-wheelers.
