Why this model
Torque, not top speed, is what determines whether a loaded bike keeps moving. At 100 N·m this model pulls away under load without the motor heat that comes from working a smaller unit past its rating — the usual reason 1000W bikes fail early in commercial fleets.
It is also the only model besides the XT-1200 City with air-assisted suspension at both ends. That matters once routes leave paved city centres: secondary roads across much of Colombia and Peru are where standard hydraulic-only setups start returning warranty claims.
Battery Options
We ship this model three ways. Which one is right depends on your import setup and the service capability in your market.
- Lead-acid — lowest unit cost, widely serviceable in local workshops, no dangerous goods paperwork.
- Lithium — lighter, longer cycle life, requires dangerous goods shipping (UN38.3 documentation).
- Without battery — lower freight cost, avoids DG shipping entirely, and lets you source cells locally for warranty support.
Pricing
Final price depends on battery type, voltage and capacity, order quantity, and destination port. We quote per order rather than publishing a list price, because the battery decision alone moves the landed cost significantly.
